For personal interactions, we recommend using a 3.5″x 3.5″ business card. These work well in both restaurants and service-type businesses.
- In a restaurant setting, when the server delivers the check, they place a review card on the table, point it out, and kindly invite the guest to leave a review. It’s the perfect opportunity for the customer to scan the QR code and submit their feedback while the server processes their payment. There is nothing like good personal contact to encourage people to take action.
- For service-based businesses, such as those with technicians or tradespeople visiting clients’ homes or businesses, the process is similar. Once the job is completed, the technician leaves a review card with the customer and encourages them to provide feedback while the service is fresh on their minds.
